Active Minds

Active Minds works to change the conversation about mental health through events, programming, and activities.

everyBODY Arizona

everyBODY Arizona is an inclusive community collaborating on weight-inclusive learning and programs.

Mindful Ambassadors

Mindful Ambassadors offer brief experiential mindfulness workshops across campus and an online library of guided mindfulness practices. 

Stressbusters

The Stressbusters provide free 5-minute backrubs and wellness info to students at campus events, dorms, libraries, and wherever else the stressed are gathered. 

Student Health Advocacy Committee (SHAC)

SHAC advocates for preventive issues on campus through policy and programming.

CAPS Peer Counseling

CAPS Peer Counselors work with other students in both group and one-on-one environments to listen, help others navigate their resources, and help identify healthy coping skills. 

Wildcats Anonymous

Wildcats Anonymous provides meetings, programming, substance-free activities, and peer mentoring for students who want to address their substance use.  

WellCats

WellCats represent and promote Campus Health through campus outreach and help Campus Health staff organize special events to help Wildcats get connected with mental health and wellness information.
